    Senior Attorney Recruiting Coordinator

    Location: Los Angeles, California

    Summary: The Senior Attorney Recruiting Coordinator will provide vital administrative support to the Attorney Recruiting Department at the law firm.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Offer administrative support like handling calls, organizing applicant documents, arranging virtual meetings, and coordinating testing requirements for candidates
    - Manage applicant correspondence and application processing
    - Collaborate with the recruiting team on staff onboarding and various tasks including organizing orientations, open enrollments, and events
    - Conduct reference, employment, and background verifications; liaise with relevant vendors
    - Maintain the applicant tracking system, source candidates, and support firm-wide initiatives
    - Stay updated on state, federal, and firm HR policies and assist in the candidate interview process
    - Handle material inventory, update calendars, prepare campus interviews, and process invoices
    - Create attorney recruiting newsletters

    Requirements:
    - Preferred Bachelor's Degree
    - Min. 2 years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
    - Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms is beneficial
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    - Understanding of attorney recruitment procedures
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and good judgment
    - Capable of multitasking, maintaining confidentiality, and working well in a team
    - Willingness to travel to offices for recruiting programs when required
