JOB TITLE: Hosts, Servers, Line Cooks and Prep Staff - Full & Part Time Positions Available Immediately.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hosts & Servers: No Experience Required
Prep Staff & Line Cooks: Ability to follow standard recipe is expected.
Experience on hot and cold line is preferred, but willing to train the right individuals.
Must be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency.
Candidates must be reliable and able to work well in quality-driven establishment.
Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
SALARY: Competitive & dependent on experience.
Reds Place is located in downtown Ithaca at 107 N. Aurora Street of restaurant row. Ithaca is home to many amazing restaurants so when we decided to open up another place, we wanted something unique. Thats when we decided on our concept of a unique dining pub that serves high quality pub food. Reds is a casual Gastropub offering full-service lunch and dinner six days a week. Youll enjoy high quality food, and a selection of handcrafted beers and a unique selection of wines along with superior customer service with a warm neighborhood feel in the heart of Downtown Ithaca.
Reds is committed to serving the freshest ingredients. We are aware of many dietary restrictions, thats why we have gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, and diabetic menu items plus a kids menu
Our dcor is very unique, too. Our bar is made from reclaimed barn boards, our lighting is mason jars, the back of our hostess stand is a door dated nearly 100 years old and our tabletops are created from a local wood maker and our bar top is made of patina copper. Through the food, the drinks and the experience, weve tried to create a place where wed want to dine and relax with good friends. We hope you feel the same.
