    Principal Field Applications EngineerWe are a high-growth technology company seeking an experienced Field Applications Engineer. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, collaborative, and understand the dynamics of a fast-growing company.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Support our customers and their solutions for consumer, automotive, and industrial applicationsCollaborate with customers to solve their challenges by being an expert in our market segmentsWork alongside sales and other business units to drive new account opportunities and product strategiesEstablish and maintain relationships with business unit stakeholdersAct as a market segment expert to support customer solutionsPresent technology, products, and roadmaps to customers.

    Engage with customers and applicationsAnswer technical questions, identify opportunities, and support solutionsAny and all other duties, as assignedQualifications and Experience:

    Preferred:

    12+ years of FAE experience with an MSEERequired:


    10+ years of FAE experience with a BSEEExtensive knowledge of AC/DC system-level designs with experience in testing, tuning, debugging, and device selectionStrong understanding of power supply topologies like LLC, active bridge flyback, quasi-resonant flyback, half-bridge, etc.

    Ability to gauge, analyze, and become an expert regarding customer's technical requirementsAbility to develop and solidify strong corporative relationships with customersAbility to drive timely and effective resolution to customersDemonstrated ability to autonomously manage a myriad of demands and prioritize effectivelyUnderstanding of customer OEM/ODM relationships for power supply architecture and designExcellent written and verbal communication skills
