- We offer weekly pay, paid holidays including your birthday, flexible scheduling, referral bonuses, and other incentives.
- You will be responsible for assisting clients of Caring Hearts of Georgia Health Services, LLC in their homes.
- Shifts varies and are on an as need basis. Part-Time Day and Evening.
- Communicating clearly, efficiently, and compassionately with all parties of the company and clients as necessary.
- Provide medical and personal care for the client based on an individualized Plan of Care prepared by the Nurse Supervisor.
- To drive/escort the client to and from appointments/activities as requested.
- Utilizing client or personal vehicle, resulting in a safe and timely transport.
- Other duties as assigned or needed.
- High School Diploma/ GED REQUIRED.
- Minimum1 year In-Home Care experience.
- Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia or PCA certification.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Current First Aid Certification.
- TB/PPD.
- Driver's License/State ID.
- Frequent to constant standing, walking and using hands.
- Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
