Job description
The Labor & Employment practice group is looking to hire an experienced mid-senior level associate to join our San Francisco office.
The candidate must have five or more years of experience in employment litigation, including single plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions.
Candidate must also be familiar with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery.This is a terrific opportunity for an attorney who is interested in being groomed towards partnership to help lead a diverse, supportive team within a friendly office community, has the drive to help build and grow the practice and seeks to work with fun clients on interesting cases.
The successful candidate must have excellent writing analytical skills, experience handling multiple cases, and be able to serve as point person on litigation, including supervising junior associates and staff and serving as client contact.
