Responsibilities:

• Cleans/details interior of cars &buses, windows, stanchions, sweeping, mopping, graffiti, anddrivers' front areaon bus.
• Performs light maintenance to shop areas, fuelingstations, andrelated facilities.
• Reports any maintenance issuesto Supervisor.
• other duties asrequired.

Education,Licensing, and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent,such asGED, preferred.

Experience:

• 1 year or more of janitorial or autodetailingexperience preferred.

Skills andKnowledge Required:

• Good oral communicationskills
• Ability to readand follow written andspoken instructions.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and abide by MaterialSafety Data Sheets and all other safety trainingmaterials provided.
• Ability to learn shop processes including fuelingvehicles andcleaning vehicles.
• Ability to mix and use a variety ofcleaning products.
• Ability to use a variety of equipment such asbuffers, scrubbing machines, and other heavycleaning equipment.
• Strong attention todetails

Travel requirement (as a percent):<5% for occasional meetings Pre-EmploymentRequirements:

• Must submit to drug testing, physicalexamination, and a criminalbackground check.

PhysicalDemands:

Less than 10% ofwork is accomplished in doors and in air conditioned orwell-ventilated facilities.

Greater than 90% of work is accomplished in an opengarage facility.

Performs physical activities that requireconsiderable use of the arms, repetitive hand wrist motion, andlegs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting,balancing, walking, stooping, and handlingmaterials.

May be asked to lift and carry up to 60pounds.

May be exposed tocleaning chemicals, you have access to safety protectivegear.

Pay Scale:

$17.25 -$20.41
