- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles.
- Complete complex repairs and overhauls (Level A).
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and computer software to identify vehicle problems accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of automotive technician training program or relevant vocational education.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- ASE certifications preferred but not required (required for Level A technicians).
- Prior experience in automotive repair and maintenance (required for Level A and Level B technicians).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
