Experience:
Two (2) years of work experience as a therapist in a rehabilitation setting
Three (3) years supervisory experience

Education:
Advanced degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Pathology, Hospital/Healthcare Administration and/or Business

Type:
Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Therapy Program Supervisor

to join our growing and dynamic team


Job Description:
Manage the quality of rehabilitation services performed and offered within the clinic
Handle clinical and administrative duties for the clinic
Provide direct patient care within the scope of professional practice and license
Safely and effectively manage patients' mobility
Other duties as assigned


Position Requirements:
Current State of Hawaii Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech & Language Pathology licensure
Current BLS Certification
Proof of competencies and REHAB requirements
Previous managerial healthcare and business experience in various healthcare settings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
