The successful candidate has relevant experience with health data analysis including querying, cleaning, and visualizing data. They enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams including customer success, product, user experience and design, and engineering to understand customer needs, wrangle data, solve problems, and create data products.
The Senior Knowledge Management Analyst...
Participate in requirement gathering process and use case documentation working closely with
products
team and informaticists.
Documentation of requirements, knowledge management artifacts for data assets
Performs mapping of clinical concepts to standard terminologies, including but not limited to ICD-10, SNOMED CT, HCPCS, CPT, LOINC,
RxNorm
, HL7, FHIR.
Maintain, update maps as standards updates are released.
Documented and implemented mapping rules to ensure clear and consistent mapping is performed.
Develop and Implement QA Testing Plans
Understands how security and privacy laws such as HIPAA affect their work and how to handle sensitive data including PHI and PII.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical knowledge management
Strong
expertise
in clinical terminologies and data normalization practices
Strong
expertise
in using and querying relational database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server (preferred), Snowflake (preferred), or
postgreSQL
Experience using
Symedical
and or other mapping or ontology software
