- Schedule for 8 CRNA cardiac team (2 person rotation each week):
- Week 1: 4,10s, Days only, Monday – Thursday, Off 3-day weekend
- Week 2: 4,10s, Days only, Monday – Thursday, Off 3-day weekend
- Week 3: Nighthawk in-house 7p-7a, Monday – Sunday
- Week 4: OFF, Monday – Sunday
- The overall anesthesia staffing model is 10 anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs covering 12 ORs plus EP Lab, Cath Lab and endo
- Clinicians will be able to maintain a diverse skillset and meet the case volumes for maintaining hospital privileges
- Outstanding compensation package includes tiered base salary, plus $30K in specialty stipends (cardiac and nighthawk)
- Start date bonus up to $75k and relocation assistance available
- 21 weeks total time away from Practice. 8 weeks paid with no waiting period plus 13 weeks off based on rotation
