Job DescriptionTrenasse bartenders must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, guest-centered, high volume environment
Providing excellent service through genuine hospitality and building guest rapport
Demonstrating product knowledge of all menu items, and have the ability to make recommendations based on guests' preferences and dietary requirements.
Ensuring accuracy in taking orders of all food and beverage items and ensuring each item meets or exceeds guests' expectations
Keeping the bar fully stocked and clean at all times
Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic beverages to company's standards, ensuring consistency in flavor and appearance of each alcoholic beverage
Bartender Requirements:
Bartenders should have no less than two years of bartending experience
Friendly and customer-service minded
Have reliable transportation
Arrive on time
Ability to work in high volume, fast-paced, guest-centered environment
