Job summary

The Customer Success (CS) Presales team supports the Direct Sales Organization in maximizing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) while ensuring a smooth path to a successful implementation led by the CS Delivery organization. Advisors provide product, implementation and industry thought leadership during the sales cycle by identifying prospect business objectives and aligning them to SuiteSuccess solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales SCs and Delivery resources across broad range of presales engagements.
  • Articulate SuiteSuccess methodology position value to prospects internal teams.
