    Senior Accountant (Salary: $80-85K base salary per year with bonus potential)

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant for a fast-growing client in the HVAC industry, based in Austin, TX. This role involves supporting financial operations during a period of rapid expansion, standardizing accounting processes across acquired entities, and implementing new systems.

    In addition to holding a Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field, the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment, and excellent system implementation skills.     Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the standardization of financial operations and implement best practices across various acquired companies.
    • Manage and optimize accounting functions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger duties within assigned regions.
    • Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial processes and controls, aiming for efficiency and consolidation.
    • Lead the training and support of branch-level accounting staff to ensure a unified approach to financial management.
    • Act as a primary liaison for finance-related communication with other departments, ensuring alignment on financial strategies and objectives.

    Client Requirements:

    • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years in accounting, with a strong preference for experience in environments involving multiple entities.
    • Adept in accounting principles, financial reporting, and preferably experienced with Intacct or similar ERP systems.
    • Capable of driving process improvements and adapting quickly to evolving business needs.
