Impact
As a Staff Engineer on the Order Management team at Shipt, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the systems and services that power the Shipt's core systems. You will be collaborating with staff, principal engineers and product team to drive the architecture delivery for the success of business goals. Additionally, you should be able to work in an Agile environment and follow agile practices.Every day you will work on a team of 4-5 engineers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain application code using Golang, Postgres, Redis and Kafka in a micro-services architecture. You will work with product and cross-functional teams to address various challenges in supporting core systems, ensuring the stability, scalability and performance of applications. Additionally, you will actively participate in design discussions with both your team and other development teams.

Work Arrangement:
