    Responsibilities

    Based at our

    Jonesboro, Arkansas campus,

    the IT Support has an opportunity in Academic Technologies. Temporary IT Staff will assist in the installation, management and repair of

    network, telecommunications and audio/video equipment; data entry & processing, inventory, delivery and set up of IT equipment.

    Additionally, IT temp staff will provide support to faculty, staff and students with desktop, laptop, mobile and tablet devices.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED required

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    Ability to climb ladders and work in overhead tight spaces.
    Good communication skills for working with diverse faculty, students and staff.
    Experience working with windows and/or Mac computer systems as well as iOS devices.
    Basic understanding or experience in one of the below fields
    Audio/Video Solutions including microphones and cameras
    Video Capture
    Digital Signs
    iPads

    Ability to work between 15-20 hours/week in a minimum of 2 hour segments between the hours of 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday and occasionally evenings and weekends.
