Job Summary:
Join our team as an Assistant Coach responsible for supporting the sports program at ECMS. In this role, you will assist in organizing practices, motivating students, and teaching them game strategies and techniques. To qualify, you should be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and successfully pass all required background checks.

Essential Duties:

• Instruct players in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport.
• Organize and lead individual and small group practice sessions.
• Assess player skills and provide feedback during competitions and practices.
• Assist in developing game strategies.
• Supervise athletes during practices and games.
• Follow procedures in case of player injuries.
• Exhibit sportsmanlike behavior towards players, officials, and spectators.
• Maintain the equipment room and ensure its security.
• Distribute equipment, supplies, and uniforms to students as directed by the head coach.
• Participate in special events like parent's night, banquets, and assemblies.
• Handle support tasks such as managing eligibility forms and emergency data cards.
• Promote inclusive practices at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director or the school's administration.
