Description

Our client in Vance, AL, is looking for IT Support Technicians to join their team at a manufacturing facility.

Details:

6+ month contract with potential for permanent position based on performance
Onsite in Vance, Alabama
Drug & Background check required
Flexible shifts due to 24/7/365 factory schedule

Shift Details:

12-hour shifts:

Week 1: 3 days (4 consecutive days off)
Week 2: 4 days (3 consecutive days off)

Note: Shift schedule starts after training period

Days worked: Sunday, Tuesday/Wednesday, Friday, and alternate Saturdays

Main Responsibilities:

Perform technical tasks on-site or remotely
Coordinate small teams for work packages
Document and report on work completed
Provide customer service
Adapt to dynamic team environments

Ideal Candidate:

Follow instructions and procedures
IT Desktop Service experience
Organized and customer service-oriented
Basic administrative and interpersonal skills
Health and safety awareness
