    Description

    Call coverage needed:
    June 19 21,26,28,30 July 1,2,5,10,12,14,15,16,18,24,27,31Call hours:
    7a - 7a, 24 hrs of call for each day above

    Worksite Setting:
    carrying the pager for people who have chest pain etc, from the ERScope of Work: call for STEMI(doing stints in the cath lab at the hospital)


    MD sRequirements:
    IM residency, interventional cardiology fellowship and


    BCEMR:

    CERNERPay Rate:
    $500 hr between 8 am 4 pm. Additional $1500 for 4 pm to 7am. Total of $5,500. If called back in between 4 pm 7 am is $500/hrWill cover travel, lodging, and Malpractice insurance
