The Front Desk Supervisor functioning under the supervision and guidance of the Center Operations Director andor Clinical Dyad leader is responsible for organizing and directing the work of the front desk staff coordinating staff activities schedules to ensure effective patient care services are provided ensuring quality standards are met p Trains guides supports Care Facilitators to ensure organizational front desk standards are met that they have tools resources they need effectively perform duties Leads leads VIP customer experience from center entry exit ensuring patients their family members pleasant memorable every visit interaction h2>ResponsibilitiesLeads team Care Facilitators other front desk staff Supervisory tasks included but not limited setting performance goals developing top talent implementing progressive improvements when needed Engagement And Development Instills ChenMed values behaviors Builds culture strong engagement Promotes retention Provides clear ER discharge follow up scheduled daily follow up Partners growth hiring selecting Care Facilitators other front desk staff Front Desk Ambassador Helping opening checking waiting longer minutes Give updates Engaging Overall Patient Experience Mary s Cafe being stocked Ensures OSHA clinical quality ChenMed monitoring performance implementing corrective action plans needed Serves first point contact resolution escalated patient issues concerns disputes Supports PCP by appropriate blocks double over under booking does occur Ensure gaps attended closed timely Reviews notifications ensure receive follow Care Teams Examines medical release forms accuracy PCP sign prior release medical records e fax folder routinely checked documents received correctly uploaded indexed Reviews phone messages proper timely routing follow-up Ensures after hours messages recorded followed by discipline Troubleshoots Dashboard phone computer issues Orders office supplies inventory stocked maintained Other Responsibilities May Include Fills in Care Facilitator unscheduled absences Covers various Front Desk tasks duties line business needs Supports patient VIP experience assisting new paperwork supporting New Patient Welcome Tours Performs modified manager discretion Knowledge Skills Abilities Strong business acumen good understanding general Operations standards functions methods techniques
