MUST:
Experienced Corporate Recruiter
4+years of experience recruiting candidates for IT and corporate /commercial roles
Experience designing a recruiting strategy
Ability to calculate and draft compensation analysis
Managing all phases of the hiring and recruiting process
Experience supporting and assisting with the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System
Full cycle recruiting experience
Experience utilizing social media, job boards, career fairs and referrals to attract talent
Working with hiring managers to develop job descriptions
Interviewing and prescreening candidates
Making job offers and sending out paperwork
On boarding candidates
SHRMCP or SHRMSCP a plus
Bachelors Degree


DUTIES:
Handle full cycle recruiting for a large volume of corporate and IT/Technical Job openings
Develop, facilitate, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
Organize and attend job fairs and hiring events
Assist with the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System
Work with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions
Pre-screen and interview candidates
Prepare interview questions
Make job offers and send out paperwork to candidates
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws
