    Family Practice Physician Employment in Texas

    Premise Health is looking for a part-time Family Practice Medical Director to lead primary care at an employer-based clinic in Frisco, TX.

    Essential Functions:

    • Conduct medical exams and prescribe treatments
    • Deliver high-quality healthcare services tailored to each patient's needs
    • Supervise clinical practices and procedures
    • Participate in setting annual health center goals
    • Drive outcomes and develop policies to enhance service quality
    • Collaborate with operations team for member engagement
    • Demonstrate clinical expertise and support healthcare providers
    • Perform other duties to ensure high-quality and cost-effective care

    Requirements:

    • Medical license in all states of practice/oversight
    • Federal DEA license for each state
    • State-controlled substance license if applicable
    • Current board certification or eligibility
    • CPR certification with hands-on evaluation

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3-5 years in family practice, emergency care, or occupational health
    • Leadership experience in healthcare (preferred)

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Interpersonal and collaboration skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication
    • Effective presentation abilities
    • Experience with electronic medical records

    Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without US residency and current US work visa.
