Job summary
We are seeking a Front Office Specialist to join our team at Concentra. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for ensuring they feel comfortable during their visit and multitasking between greeting patients and managing administrative duties.Responsibilities
- Patient Service Representatives greets patients and visitors, communicates wait times and directs them accordingly.
- Obtains authorization as needed to process patients for services needed.
