  • Manage and direct a team of Land Acquisition Managers capable of meeting NVR's unit sales and profit objectives for the Delaware Beaches market
  • Cultivate new developer relationships and maintain existing relationships
  • Review contracts from direct reports with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance
  • Actively negotiate and structure large and complex deals in the core market area

    • Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated land acquisition leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Effective team manager
  • Skilled in land deal structuring
  • Legal, Engineering, Finance and/or Accounting background preferred
  • Excel proficiency
