    Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Water Resources Engineer to their Houston team

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop Hydrologic/Hydraulic models of municipal storm sewer/sanitary collection systems
    • Assist with Drainage Studies/Stormwater Master Plans
    • Analysis/design of municipal stormwater facilities
    • Design of plans and specifications
    • Responsible for local, state and federal permitting
    • Field work (includes Flood Inspection and construction observation)
    • Prepare proposals
    • Interview clients
    • Attend municipal meetings on behalf of company

    Requirements:

    • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
    • Emphasis on water resources engineering preferred
    • 8+ years of stormwater project design experience
    • PE License
    • Knowledge of basic principles of infrastructure design/plan preparation
    • Extensive knowledge of hydrology/hydraulics and H&H modeling (SWMM preferred)
    • AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) and ArcGIS experience
    • Experience in Consulting Engineering, Public Works and/or Construction

    Salary is commensurate with experience.
