    We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow our SaaS customer base of General Contractors. You will be responsible for contacting new prospects and booking meaningful discovery calls that highlight the benefits of our software platform for their back-office needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create new business opportunities with key decision makers through heavy outbound prospecting.
    • Build a solid revenue pipeline by setting discovery meetings with qualified prospects.
    • Meet or exceed monthly quotas as defined by sales management.
    • Work closely with marketing to engage and optimize on inbound leads.
    • Understand key features and value proposition of our SaaS product offering.
    • Convey feedback to marketing and product teams to represent the voice of the customer.
    • Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email.
    • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, business development and cross functional teams.
    • Work in a fast-pace environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team.
    • Utilize Hubspot to properly track activity.

    Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of direct B2B software sales experience.
    • Comfortability and eagerness to conduct heavy prospecting both via phone and email.
    • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Resourcefulness and results driven operating style.
    • Fluency with different sales tools and technologies.
    • Familiarity with construction ERPs, accounting tools, and project management tools is a plus.
    • Selling software solutions to the construction or CRE industry is a strong plus.
