    CNA/MS/Per Diem Days

    Assist nursing personnel in providing resident care in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Sub-Acute unit, requiring prior experience and certification as a California certified nursing assistant.


    Responsibilities:

    • Understand and follow verbal and written directions
    • Learn medical terminology and operations of the treatment unit
    • Maintain effective working relationships with residents, families, and staff
    The role requires crisis management skills during emergency situations while ensuring undesirable outcomes are avoided. Additional responsibilities include keeping simple records.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to interact with diverse individuals.In this capacity you will be expected to work under pressure making quick decisions.

    This position involves assisting professional nurses with delivering quality care services at our skilled nursing facility.The selected individual must have previous experience working in similar settings.Experience learning quickly from instruction is necessary for success.To ensure exceptional patient experiences we require candidates that maintain accurate documentation thereby supporting enhanced quality control measures.
