The RN Inpatient Care provides skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients at our inpatient centers in Seaman, Ohio. The RN Inpatient Care plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care through systematic assessment of health needs and optimum utilization of personnel. Duties include:
Requirements
PROFESSIONAL: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and current licensure, or eligibility to be licensed, in Kentucky and Ohio. At least one year of experience in a patient care position in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility preferred.
PERSONAL: Personal qualities of empathy, responsibility and dependability. Must demonstrate effective communication skills with team members, patients, providers, and family members. Must have ability to work independent of direct on-site supervision. Demonstrates leadership and teaching ability. Must carry state minimum in automobile liability insurance.
PHYSICAL JOB: Must arrange travel and be able to access client homes, nursing homes, hospitals and other facilities independently. Must demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment and observe universal precautions. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds using proper body mechanics.
