    Melville,NY - USA Position Requirements About the Job As the Senior Director of Data & Analytics you will lead the NAPA Data Labs team and play a pivotal role in transforming our data analytics landscape and master data governance. This role will be directing enterprise business intelligence and data analytics including design, development, and support of reporting, dashboards and analyses. You will interact with executive leadership, key business stakeholders, and our business technology team to build data literacy, data and analytics roadmaps, tools and methodologies to provide support and insights across the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a talented team and shape the future of data-driven decision-making within our organization. In this role you'll be responsible for:
    • Direct the detailed analysis, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance of reports, dashboards and other delivery methods used to support business functions, clinical services, and revenue cycle. Design and optimize data visualization tools to provide actionable insights that enhance business decision making. Develop and maintain effective analysis tools to streamline the preparation of normalized data sets from raw client data.
    • Partner with business leaders and executive stakeholders to support strategic goals and objectives. Lead the implementation of strategies to leverage data for operational metrics, sophisticated data analysis and advanced data modeling to solve business problems.
    • Set a clear vision for the organization's data strategy. Establishes standards to ensure communication regarding data roadmaps, enhancement, status of problems, and development projects occurs in a consistent manner and on a regular basis.
    • Set and manage priorities and goals for Data Labs team. Mentor, manage and ensure the continuous development of a team of leaders and analysts.
    • Lead Enterprise Master Data Governance in supporting corporate data governance process, including policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency and security while partnering with compliance to ensure data privacy regulations are upheld.
    • Develop strategies to leverage data for operational metrics, sophisticated data analysis, and advanced data modelling to solve Business problems.
    • Develop and maintain a demand roadmap aligned with priority, resource capacity, dependencies and ongoing project portfolio.
    • Manage portfolio of business intelligence projects to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Design and optimize data visualizations tools to provide actionable insights that enhance business decision making.
    • Finance/Budgetary Responsibilities: Manage the budget - monitor and control resources and expenses against the budget.
    • Analyze and create opportunities to lower costs and enhance service.
    • Ability to travel 10%
    Required Qualifications
    • 12+ years of experience in Business Analytics
    • 12+ years of experience in creation, automation, and distribution of KPI dashboards, advanced data analytics and reporting solutions in a healthcare environment
    • Demonstrated expertise in healthcare analytics, leading an organization, creating plans and operationalizing functional teams to meet the needs of the business and align to strategic goals.
    • Demonstrated expertise of data governance and data management
    • Demonstrated technology skills across business, applications, data, and infrastructure architecture domains.
    • Understanding of Revenue Cycle and Financial Business Systems (preferably in healthcare)
    • Understanding of database platforms (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Mongo DB)
    • Experience with Data Science open-source programming languages (R, Python)
    • Expertise in working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
    • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving data-driven transformations.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Confident, energetic self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Has good judgment, a sense of urgency and has demonstrated commitment to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service and business integrity.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics)
    • MS SQL and PowerBI certifications
