    TRS Staffing is seeking a Senior Quality Manager on behalf of our EPC Partner who will be supporting various upcoming Infrastructure projects across Texas. The ideal candidate will be based out of either the Lewisville or Houston offices. This position will operate on Hybrid work model, and regular travel (based on project demands) is required.

    Overview

    This position requires specialized skills and knowledge to handle the challenges and complexities of the infrastructure project quality activities. With authoritative decision-making this roles recommendations have a significant impact on regional and project quality policies and programs. This role will require assigning and supervising project quality personnel.

    Duties Include:

    • Implement and supervise technical quality (i.e adherence to client, regulatory agency, and company requirements), perform administrative functions (i.e budgeting, forecasting, staffing, etc), and help to maintain harmonious client relations.
    • Visit project sites to oversee and support ongoing site activities.
    • Communicate effectively with all labor grades and contribute ideas that stimulate positive direction of business line personnel.
    • Serve as the business line quality lead or the office quality manager, if necessary.
    • Facilitate the implementation of the companys Operating System Requirements (OSR) in offices and projects for which responsibility is allocated.
    • Maintain relationships with key internal and external Clients and external Quality community.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Basic Requirements

    • Accredited 4 year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and a minimum (12) years of relevant work-related experience.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.
    • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
