    Job Description

    Job DescriptionAbout the Role:If you are detailed-oriented and organized, you may be the ideal candidate for our Client Service Specialist position. You would perform administrative, billing and collection activities in support of the center's core mission. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent customer service and communication skills, pays strong attention to detail, enjoys working with others in a team-oriented atmosphere and is committed to helping our organization deliver the highest quality health care.
    Pay rate: $18
    Work Schedule: Mon – Fri 8am-4:30pm
    Job Type: Full Time – Temp to Hire
    Location: Honolulu, HI
    Parking: Not available – paid options availableDuties and Responsibilities:
    • Answering phone calls
    • Insurance processing
    • Filling
    • Other administrative duties assigned
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Two (2) years administrative, billing, or collections experience in a health care setting.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Associate's degree. Experience with EPIC.
    • Working knowledge of health insurance processing and knowledge of CPT and ICD codes.
