    Regional Managing Director at BairesDev

    As a Regional Managing Director, you'll oversee a talented team managing 20-25 high-revenue projects, worth $10-15M. Your leadership will drive revenue growth, strengthen partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction across our portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Build and maintain long-term client relationships driving revenue growth and retention.
    2. Serve as a client champion, ensuring high levels of service and partnership while identifying growth opportunities.
    3. Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting client retention, driving their growth, and guiding them in managing large-scale projects.
    4. Identify and analyze opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach and strong analytical skills.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client needs, aligning BairesDev's solutions with business objectives.

    Requirements:

    1. 9+ years of experience in senior client services, with proven success in managing executive-level client relationships.
    2. 4+ years of experience leading teams and developing talent.
    3. Strong background in IT or technology services.
    4. Extensive experience in client services, with a consultative mindset and ability to drive business growth.
    5. Advanced level of English proficiency.
