We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Setup CNC machines by loading tools, fixtures, and materials, and aligning workpieces.
• Maintain high-quality standards during manufacturing processes, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Assist in general maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members, following instructions from supervisors to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and procedures to create a secure work environment.
• Operate CNC machines to execute programmed machining operations such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding.
• Provide input and suggestions for process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of machining operations, including setup sheets and production logs.
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in various tasks to meet production demands.

• Physical endurance to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
