    Our client, within vision services, is looking for a Call Center Representative.

    Day-to-day you will provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and inquiries related to vision benefits while ensuring a seamless experience for policyholders and vendors.


    FULLY REMOTE
    ~ Address complaints, queries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to appropriate channels.
    2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment required.
    ~ Previous experience and knowledge within benefit services preferred.
