    This position includes being the IPCO and restorative nurse for the community as well as assisting with staffing and on call.

    What you'll be doing:

    In partnership with residents and the Interdisciplinary team, you will lead, coordinate, and deliver person-centered care based on current assessment and evaluation of resident status. In addition, you will:
    • Build your team: interview, select and train the right people
    • Lead your team: drive the performance management process while serving as a coach and mentor
    • Inspire your team: motivate your team to deliver the best care to our residents
    Who we are looking for:
    • You will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team. 1-3 years of previous leadership experience and the ability to demonstrate stellar management skills
    • Working knowledge of person-centered care principles and practices will make you stand out. An excellent track record of state survey results and knowledge of regulations is required
    • You will also be a graduate from an accredited college of Nursing and be a Licensed RN in the State of Colorado with a current BLS certification

    The target compensation for this role is $80,000-$100,000 and will reflect the selected candidate's experience, skills, and education.
