    All About You:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing electrical systems in a manufacturing/industrial setting. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical equipment and systems, helping to keep our factory's production lines running smoothly.

    Requirements:
    • Valid Journeyman Electrician license
    • Associates Degree, technical school certificate or military training in one of these disciplines:
      • Electrical or Electronics Systems
      • Industrial Controls or Manufacturing Systems
      • Mechanical Systems
    • Must be up-to-date on code compliance within the National Electrical Code (NEC)
    • Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment. Examples include:
      • Experience with high/low voltage electrical systems
      • Electronic Systems
      • Robotics, PLCs, and computer information systems
    • Ability to provide on-call service for plan operations. The on-call calendar has rotating weekends.
    • Must possess excellent reading, writing, and comprehension skills and mathematical aptitude
    • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel to analyze and solve problems related to equipment but also with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and personnel issues
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (mechanical, electrical, and process) with demonstrated and proven experience and background
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
    • Must be capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving equipment and machinery up to 60 lbs.
    Responsibilities:
    • Assess current electrical engineering layout and make independent design decisions based on the architecture of our current layout and any proposed project.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, technical manuals, pneumatic schematics, and equipment specifications.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to maintenance technicians who may have less experience with electrical systems.
    • Install equipment and electrical components and test to ensure proper functioning.
    • Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs.
    • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
    • Collaborate with team members on larger projects, ensuring efficient completion within specified timelines.
