- Maintain and grow existing and new commercial loans while providing superior customer service
- Negotiate and structure new and renewed commercial loans, reviewing and analyzing financial data to determine eligibility for credit
- Identify relationship-expansion opportunities and collaborate with partners to structure credit and non-credit solutions
- Implement an effective calling program to maintain and increase commercial banking relationships
- Represent the bank in community organizations and activities to enhance the bank's image and referral networkWhat is Required (Qualifications):
- Five or more years of experience in financial or banking services in commercial lending
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or equivalent experience
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Credit analysis and commercial underwriting skills, including experience with accounting and financial statement analysis
- Working knowledge of structuring credit products for middle market businesses in diverse industries with complex ownership structuresHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
