Job summary:

The Quality Assurance Manager supports AHN's HIV/AIDS services by developing implementing and monitoring quality management QM and continuous quality improvement CQI activities.

This role ensures compliance with Ryan White Program standards grant requirements and internal policies. The manager conducts monitoring prepares reports supports audits assists with RFP/contract processes and helps maintain program integrity.

The position provides member support related to service coordination and program navigation.
