Seeking an experienced civils project manager on behalf of an established multi-division contractor in NY.

This client, founded in 1995, has evolved into a leading construction firm, specializing in a multitude of disciplines including concrete, masonry, plastering, drywall, and acoustic solutions.

They have successfully completed projects valued at nearly $1 billion, solidifying their reputation as a leader in the industry.


Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against metrics.
• Procure necessary resources and supervise onsite activities to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Manage project finances, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, addressing key milestones and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in civil construction project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decisionmaking skills.
