Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and more
Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and often high-stress environment.

Patient Assessment:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical exams, medical history review, and vital sign monitoring
Care Planning:
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team to address patient needs and achieve optimal outcomes

Administer medications, maintain accurate records, and ensure safe and effective medication management
Patient Education:
Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
Monitoring:
Continuously monitor and evaluate patient conditions, alerting healthcare providers to any changes or concerns
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting all care and interventions
Collaborative Care:
Work collaboratively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to provide comprehensive care
Infection Control:
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe healthcare environment
Comfort and Support:
Provide emotional support to patients and families, ensuring a comfortable and caring experience
Emergency Response:
Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies and administer life-saving interventions as necessary.
