    Description

    Restaurant Manager Trainee Job Summary

    This position prepares candidates for the Restaurant Manager role. After training, the Restaurant Manager Trainee may oversee daily restaurant operations for up to 90 days, having partial or full responsibility for people, operations, and financial metrics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provides excellent guest service, coaching and correcting team members as necessary.
    2. Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
    3. Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
    4. Directs team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management.
    5. Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
