- Video editing programs (Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Video and audio CODECS
- MS O365 Suite proficient
- Proficiency with working with AV equipment, mixers, HD, and various support and trouble-ticket systems (Service Now)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT working as Telecom and Webcast technician
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related
- Experience using collaboration and conferencing tools such as Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Vyopta, Synergysky, MagicInfo, Cisco TMS and Expressway is a plus
- Technical, analytical, and presentation skills with a high degree of self- motivation and can-do attitude with strong MS office skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adhere to tight deadlines
- Resilient and result driven to meet the required deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
