Position Overview:
The IT Infrastructure Engineer will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our hybrid infrastructure. This role involves a broad scope of responsibilities across various technology platforms, including but not limited to server

management (both Windows and Linux), virtualization platforms (such as VMware), load balancing, networking, end user computing, cloud-based solutions, and storage systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of
these technologies and be proficient in managing and optimizing them for maximum efficiency and reliability.

The position will be based in our corporate headquarters, near Madison, WI, but it will offer a hybrid work arrangement allowing the flexibility to work a few days a week from home.

What You'll Do:
Manage Windows and Linux server environments with an eye toward client-specific needs and configurations

Configure and monitor load balancers to ensure efficient distribution of network traffic

Manage and maintain virtualization platforms with a focus on VMware.

Participate in the Administration of multiple client platforms (Windows, Wyse, ChromeOS) through Google Admin console, MECM and other SaaS based platform management tools.

Oversee the Microsoft 365 suite, including MS Teams Voice, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Administer EntraID, Active Directory, and Group Policy, ensuring secure and efficient user and resource management

Manage Microsoft and third-party printing services, ensuring reliable and efficient printing solutions.

Oversee various storage platforms, ensuring data integrity and availability.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in the IT infrastructure domain.

Assist in defining and adhering to Business Continuity and High Availability practices

Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure high system performance and reliability levels.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience

Microsoft MECM Platform Administration Experience

M365 and Microsoft Teams Phone Administration Experience

Experience Administering Windows and Google/Chrome Desktop Operating Systems

Experience in an Enterprise Environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Impeccable attention to detail

Experience with Public Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) a plus

Compensation:
$77,500 - $92,000/Year

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
