Description

As a Global Tax Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the international tax filings.

You will be responsible for the preparation of the U.S.

parent organization's international tax returns and will assist the international tax advisors in preparing returns for foreign subsidiaries and branch offices located throughout multiple continents.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and ensure the accuracy of the U.S. parent organization's international tax returns in accordance with U.S. GAAP and IRS regulations.
Research and analyze complex international tax issues, including transfer pricing, foreign tax credits, and permanent establishment rules.
Maintain detailed tax records and supporting documentation for all international tax filings.
Stay up-to-date on changes in international tax laws and regulations that may impact the company's global tax position.
Work collaboratively with other members of the global tax team, including tax advisors, controllers, and finance personnel.
May be required to travel internationally to support tax filing and compliance efforts.
