    Shift: 12 Hr. Night B-Shift: 7pm to 7am - 4 days on, 4 days off
    Compensation: $41.66/hr with a shift premium of +$0.55/hr= $42.21
    Sign-on Bonus: $5000

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Performing preventive, predictive, and reactive industrial electrical tasks across the facility
    • Installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing various electrical systems and components
    • Developing, installing, and troubleshooting wiring layouts and circuits
    • Using a range of maintenance tools efficiently, from power tools to precision instruments
    • Understanding and interpreting technical schematics and manuals
    • Documenting work undertaken and equipment conditions via maintenance software
    • Collaborating with internal and external partners to enhance facility operations
    • Operating a variety of equipment including forklifts, loaders, and lifts
    • Providing mechanical and electrical support as needed
    • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
    • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
    • Performing other assigned duties

    Required Qualifications:

    • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Capability to handle physical demands of the job
    • Willingness to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
    • Readiness to work at heights
    • Proficiency in English
    • Ability to work in confined spaces
    • Basic computer skills
    • Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime
    • Educational or equivalent background in electrical systems
    • NFPA 70E certification
    • Ability to troubleshoot equipment efficiently
    • Knowledge of automation systems and tools
    • Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documents
    • Experience with mechanical and electrical tools and equipment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Associates Degree in relevant field
    • Four years of electrical systems experience
    • Knowledge of PLCs and control systems
    • Experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement
    • Background in the food and beverage sector
