- Performs therapeutic procedures by administering injections and managing wounds and infections.
- Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient-management plans.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; and enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.

Summary:
Our busy Orthopaedic Hand clinic is looking for an Allied Health Provider who will be responsible for delivering medical and surgical care alongside our Hand Surgeon who oversee their work and provide medical supervision. The Allied Health Provider will provide diagnostic evaluations on patients with different hand and elbow complaints including fractures, nerve compression, arthritis, and pediatrics. Other duties would include therapeutic remediation, pharmaceutical prescription, with the possibility of surgical assistance. Our ideal candidate possesses the ability to provide direct support to the physician; cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for patients; and collaborate with all staff.
