- Knowledge of all ticket and pass products.
- Greets and assists guests in a friendly, helpful, and respectful manner.
- Answers any questions that guests may have.
- Make correct changes and balance the bank at the end of the day.
- Sell tickets using RTP and an understanding of customer manager duties as assigned by the manager, including ticket checking at lifts.
- Excellent communication and "people" skills.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays from the beginning to the end of the season.
- Knowledge of all Sun Valley Resort ticket and pass products.
- Knowledge of all IKON and Mountain Collective Passes is a plus.
- Trustworthy
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear.
- Must safely move objects up to approximately 25 pounds about the workplace.

Description
As a Sun Valley Resort Ticket Seller, you will sell lift tickets in a friendly manner and assist our guests with all their lift ticket needs. Additionally, you may need to provide our guests with basic knowledge of the resort and the surrounding area. This position is for the Summer of 2024 and is primarily at River Run Day Lodge. Hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.
