Warehouse Superintendent (Shift /7pm-7am)29hr+

The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision and safe, proper functioning of the warehouse operations at two sites. Key responsibilities include supervising line pullers, pumpers, shippers & leads, dock management, mobile equipment training and coordination, inventory accuracy and control, shipping and transfer activities.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Promote and drive safety initiatives for all warehouse operations
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Perform shift changeover meetings

The Warehouse Superintendent will ensure that all production supplies are available and finished goods are put away such that operations are not impacted. They must have excellent communication skills as demonstrated by their ability to compile information utilizing Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidate should possess advanced knowledge in MS Word & Excel software as well as ERP systems. Experience leading a logistics organization from reactive to proactive culture is highly desired.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills,Safety glasses may be required,a high school diploma or equivalent is required with five plus years' experience in a Materials/Logistics Leadership role strongly preferred. The job operates in a noisy environment requiring hearing protection.
