This position involves mastering our client service procedures for our current 2,000 business partners, expanding our client base through referrals and leads, and leading a small team in these endeavors. As you excel in training your team, you will progress to the role of Agency Director by honing your skills within our established systems and processes. This position offers weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base
• Identify new business opportunities (B2B)
• Supervise team activities and outcomes
• Train and mentor new team members on current systems
• Provide daily reports on field operations using Salesforce CRM
• Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development
