    SHINE Technologies is seeking a Calibration Technician to support the production of Lutetium-177. The Calibration Technician will manage the calibration of equipment and instruments associated with Production and QC Laboratory operations.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


    Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of instruments and equipment to ensure they are calibrated correctly and provide accurate measurements.

    Maintains and communicates calibration schedule
    Document calibration in the calibration database
    Follow standard calibration procedures.
    Supports on-boarding of new equipment and instruments
    Supports deviation and investigation documentation related to calibration issues.
    Coordinates with external calibration vendors to service instruments and equipment.
    Supports continuous improvement initiatives related to calibrations program.
    Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Requirements:

    Minimum:
    2-4 years of experience working in a calibration lab/field/environment
    Experience utilizing and calibrating tools and test equipment
    Ability to read and interpret procedures, schematics and drawings
    Meticulous with and eye for detail along with very good organizational skills
    Willingness to be hands on and understand new technology required.
    Understanding of FDA, Pharmaceutical and GXP regulations and requirements
    Working knowledge and understanding of laboratory and production instrumentation and equipment
    Excellent Customer service skills
    Basic troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills
    Client focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
    Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, clients and all levels of staff
    Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

    Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant's ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls.

    Additionally, applicant's eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and criminal background check.
