    Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:


    Able to gather requirements from users, develop design specifications, coordinate test requirements, and perform software analysis to support recommendations for hardware/software components.

    Able to facilitate meetings between domain experts and developers to produce accurate and detailed requirements.

    Able to work closely with programmers and designers to ensure proper implementation and testing of the approved requirements. The team works in an Agile environment so the candidate will work closely with developers and other testers.

    The successful candidate will have:
    At least 5 years of experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and defining requirements.

    At least 5 years of experience in creating Use Cases and/or User Stories using iterative and/or Agile methodology

    At least 4 years of experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and defining requirements for developing software applications

    At least 4 years of experience in the system development lifecycle, DBMS concepts and/or design techniques

    At least 4 years of experience in formulating work plans and drafting specifications for developers

    Experience with 508 compliance graphic design

    Experience with Object Oriented Analysis Design techniques or experience using OO tools

    Experience facilitating meetings
